Our First Day

Dad and I hanging in the olive grove outside the house we stayed in. Mom and I chilling in the living room. Uncle Casey & Aunt Brigit in the outdoor dining room as we found them every morning. As my good friend Laurie says, "Doesn't this just suck!"

Ciao! Orlando Ciao!

They dig me in Italy.

Four Months Old

We are just back from Italy. I have to wait until my Mother organizes the pictures of the trip, but soon I will be able to post some pictures and tell you of my adventures and friends I made in Tuscany. We barely made it back into the country through security and everything, when I had to go back to the doctor's for more shots and a check-up. 15lbs 3oz and 25 1/2in long. So I get to eat my first food besides mother's milk. They call it Rice Cereal, but it is thin mush like in my "Goodnight Moon" book. Mom says I'll get the hang of it eventually, but as you can see from my before and after shots - I'm not as confident. I slept long and hard afterwards so some of it went in my mouth, and Mom seems more determined than ever to teach me to eat that stuff. I also included a picture of me with my Dr. Leary and a student doctor who helped out.
